Since during the pendency of the petition, chargesheet has been filed in C.R.No. 28 of 2024 registered with the Chunabhatti Police Station, Mumbai and cognizance has been taken, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging not only the FIR but also the chargesheet and cognizance if taken.
