Being aggrieved by the order of detention dated 30.08.2023, the present Writ Petition is fled, as the detention order is passed in exercise of power under Section 3(1) of the Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Slumlords, Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Dangerous Persons and Video Pirates, Sand Smugglers and persons engaged in Black Marketing of Essential Commodities Act, 1981 (Amendment 2015).

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Rule. Rule is made returnable after four weeks. Mr. Ajay Patil, the learned APP waive notice for the R.V.Patil
