The Detention Order is passed on 30/08/2023 and the Writ Petition, assailing the same, came to be filed in June, 2024. On the last date of hearing, the learned A.P.P. has sought time to file an affidavit-in-reply and today the affidavit on behalf of the State Government is tendered across the bar and the copy of the same is furnished to Ms.Tripathi. However, an affidavit of the Detaining Authority, is not yet filed and Mrs.Deshmukh seek time to file the affidavit till 23/08/2024. Upon such affidavit being filed, the copy of the same shall be furnished to Ms.Trivedi. 2.
