In compliance of the order dated 29th July, 2024, the learned APP Dr.Takalkar has received instructions from the DIG Prisons on 31st July, 2024, stating that in the light of the decision of the High Court revolving around Section 4(10) of the Prisons (Bombay Furlough and Parole) Rules, 1959, the Authorities would reconsider his request.
