In addition to the grounds on the basis of which the impugned order of detention is assailed and on receipt of the respective affidavits on behalf of the Respondents/Authorities, Ms.Tripathi seeks leave to insert one more ground by amending the Petition. Though we permit adding of the said ground by amending the Petition and by dispensing re-verification, we direct the amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today and supply the copy of the amended Petition to the Respondents. On receipt of the amended Petition, the Respondents/ Authorities are directed to file their affidavits within a period of two weeks thereafter.
