Responding to the Petition filed by the Petitioner/ Convict, seeking his release of furlough leave, the learned A.P.P. has placed before us an order dated 10/07/2024, passed by the Special Inspector General of Police (Prison), Nashik Division, Nashik, directing the release of the Petitioner- Salim Beg Umar Beg on furlough leave, subject to the conditions stipulated in the order.

The learned counsel Ms.Ayubi, who is appointed through Legal Aid to represent the Petitioner, probably is unaware of this development.

We place on record the words of appreciation for Ms.Ayubi, who has rendered her able and effective assistance in putting the cause of the Petitioner before us and we direct the Legal Services Authority to make payment of the legal remuneration due to her within a period of six weeks from today.
