In this Petition, the Petitioner has prayed for quashing of the FIR. Considering the allegations in the FIR, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this Petition, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to adopt proper remedy at a proper stage after filing of the charge-sheet. Considering this request, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The Petitioner is at liberty to adopt remedy which may be available to him in accordance with law. 2.
