Record shows that on 11.11.2025, the petition was dismissed for default by detail order, recording consistent non appearance. 3.

It appears that the petition was thereafter again heard on 13.01.2026 (presumably on restoration) when conditional stay was granted. Today again nobody is attending the petition. 4.

Hence, petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim / ad-interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
