The Board of the Single Judge was notified on 10th November 2025. A notice of the same date was also published on the website of this Court, informing the litigants and advocates that this Bench would be sitting singly and dealing with matters under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

Today when this matter was called out, none appeared for the Petitioner and Respondent No.1.

On earlier occasion also, none had appeared for the Petitioner. The orders passed by this Court dated 8th July 2024, 6th May 2025, 12th June 2025 and 17th July 2025 clearly note that the Petitioner did not appear on the aforesaid dates. In fact on perusal of the last order dated 22nd September 2025, it appears that even on the said date when this matter came up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the Petitioner. The order dated 22nd September 2025 reads as under:- "P.C.:- 1.None for the Petitioner even on second call. Laxmi

Stand over to 13th October 2025.

Interim relief, if any, granted earlier shall continue to operate till the next date."

In view of the above order and consistent non appearance of the Petitioner, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present Petition. Hence, the Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. (AARTI SATHE, J.) Laxmi
