Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that this Petition was filed for quashing of the FIR only on the ground of settlement. In ground 'G' it was specifically mentioned that the Petitioners were not assailing the subject matter on merits. He submitted that the Petitioner No.1 has suffered a paralytic stroke and therefore he is not in a position to settle the matter with the parties. In view of this, he seeks permission to withdrawn this Petition, which was filed only on the ground of settlement between the parties.
