Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Petition arises out of an order passed by the Family Court granting interim maintenance of Rs.75,000/- under Section 125 of Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the impugned order, the arrears are to the tune of Rs.16,55,000/- including the amount of cost. She, on instructions, further submits that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the arrears in this Court within six 1/2

31-WP 2940 of 2024.docx weeks from today. She further submits that within six weeks, 50% of arrears shall be paid directly to respondent no.1 by transferring the amount in her bank account. She further submits that the aforesaid compliances shall be made within six weeks from today. 4.

After the aforesaid compliance is made, and the necessary receipt is placed on record, office is directed to issue notice to respondent no.1, returnable on 23rd August, 2024. Notice to indicate that the petition will be decided finally at the admission stage. 5.

In addition to Court Notice, learned counsel for the Petitioner to serve the respondent no.1 by private service along with copy of this order and file service affidavit before the next date. 6.

Subject to the aforesaid compliance, no coercive action to be taken against the petitioner for recovering the arrears as per the impugned order.
