Heard Mr. Arjun Kadam, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant / Original Respondent - Wife and Ms. Krupali Rajani, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner - Husband. 2.
The relief sought in the Interim Application is to permit the Applicant i.e. Original Respondent No.1-Wife in Criminal Writ Petition to withdraw an amount of Rs.8,27,500/- along with
accrued interest, which has been deposited in the registry of this Court.

Ms. Krupali Rajani, learned Counsel appears for the Petitioner-Husband in Criminal Writ Petition and opposes the Interim Application.

This Court by order dated 13th March 2025 dismissed the Writ Petition, by which challenge is to the legality and validity of the order dated 5th April 2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court No.3, Mumbai in Interim Application No.190 of 2022 in Petition No.E-146 of 2020. By the said order, maintenance of Rs.75,000/- per month has been directed to be paid to the Respondent-Wife. Learned Judge, Family Court, Mumbai has passed the said order by taking into consideration the income of the Petitioner as Rs.14,84,000/- per month.

As the Writ Petition is dismissed, the Applicant - Beena Shah is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.8,27,500/- deposited in this Court along with accrued interest.

The registry is directed to pay to the Applicant-Beena Shah an amount of Rs.8,27,500/- deposited in this Court along with accrued interest within a period of four weeks from today. [MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.]
