Lokhande, attached to Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Kalyan, submitted that, after completion of the investigation of present crime, the Police have filed chargesheet before the Special Court at Kalyan on 14th June 2024 and the said case is numbered as Spl. Case No.175 of 2024. 2) In view thereof, learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to file an Application for discharge before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
