Learned APP submits that the Petitioner is not available. When this fact was pointed out to the learned counsel for the Petitioner, he seeks withdrawal of this Petition with liberty to approach this Court again if there is change in circumstances.

2) With such liberty, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of.
