After having heard for some time learned ASG, Mr. Vyas and Amicus Curiae, Ms Singhania, it is noticed that the petitioners and their counsel are absent, and as such, the compliance of the last order as to whether the petitioners have taken recourse to the proceedings under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 could not be brought to the notice of this Court .

In that view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to grant one more chance to the petitioner, and as such, defer the hearing to 19th November 2024.
