Learned Counsel for the Petitioners as well as for Respondent No.3 jointly state that the Petition has become infructuous. 2.

The Petitioner had approached the proper Civil Court for the relief of custody of the child in question. Respondent No.3 has already handed over custody to the Petitioners and therefore nothing survives in this Petition. A statement made by both learned Counsel is recorded and accepted.

Petition is therefore allowed to be withdrawn as it has become infructuous.
