The learned counsel for the petitioners has placed before us an additional affdavit fled by the petitioner, which is accompanied with the medical papers of Sassoon General Hospital, Pune, where it is shown that the child is delivered on 15.11.2023 and, according to the petitioner, the child was received by him on 17.11.2023 at Nizamabad, Telangana. Let the copy of the affdavit alongwith its annexure be handed over to the learned APP, Mr. Gavand, who is requested to direct the Investigating Offcer to examine the case with reference to this document.
