By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R. No.20/2024 with the Naya Nagar Police Station, Thane, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections SQ Pathan 1/2

906-WP-3006-2024.doc 153A, 295A, 505(2) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code qua the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P, on instructions of Mr. Sudheer Thorat, API, Naya Nagar Police Station, Thane, who is present in Court, states that the police have gone into the complaint and have come to the conclusion that no offence as alleged is made out and, as such, would be closing the complaint. She states that the same will be done at the earliest and in any event, within two weeks from today. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. Petition stands disposed of. SANDESH D. PATIL, J.
