Learned APP on instructions, states that charge-sheet is ready and will be filed within one week from today. Statement accepted. Since charge-sheet is ready, we vacate interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 6th August, 2024 and permit the Police to file charge-sheet. Thereafter leave to amend is granted to the learned counsel for the Petitioners. Amendment to be carried out on or before 31st October, 2025. 3.

Affidavit in reply, if any, to be filed in the Registry within three weeks from today.
