P.C.:- 1) Ms. Heena Shah, learned Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 26th July 2024, the Petitioner has deposited the said cost of Rs. 25,000/- with the Central Police Welfare Fund of the Maharashtra Police, within stipulated period. 1.1) She tendered across the bar a photocopy of the receipt dated 31st July 2024 issued by I.C.I.C.I. Bank, indicating transfer of funds through electronic mode in the concerned bank account. 1.2) In view thereof, the directions issued by Order dated 26th July 2024 are complied with.
