Heard Mr. Dormaan Dalal, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent and Mr. Ratan Adhe, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2 for substantial time. During the midst of the Petition, they report that the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 had a talk and they are agreed to amicably resolve the dispute. Respondent No. 2 has sought a compensation of Rs. 25,000/- towards the damages incurred in the accident.

Mr. Dormaan Dalal, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions from the Petitioner has agreed to pay the amount of Rs. 25,000/-. They therefore requests for listing of the matter for compliance of the payment and for quashing of the criminal proceedings by consent on 22.01.2026.
