This matter was heard for some time. We expressed our disinclination and granted a pass over to the learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on request.

After lunch, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions from the Petitioners, who are present in Court, that the Petitioners desire to withdraw this Criminal Writ Petition since they intend to either seek a discharge by moving an appropriate application after the charge-sheet is filed or, if the parties settle the dispute, move this Court for quashing of FIR, by consent.
