Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 has complied with order dated 8th May 2024. He further submits that he shall continue paying 50% of the monthly maintenance which is already granted by the impugned order. He submits that petitioner no. 1 shall continue to pay amount of Rs. 21,000/- to respondent no. 1 by directly transferring the amount to her bank account. Statement made on behalf of petitioner no. 1 is accepted.

Parties agree that they would explore possibility of an amicable settlement. Learned counsels submit that parties be referred for mediation.

By consent, Mr. Abhay Apte, advocate practicing in Family Court, Pune is appointed as mediator. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall intimate this order to the learned Mediator and submit necessary papers. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall also intimate this order to the Main Mediation Centre, High Court, Bombay. Mediation charges, if any, shall be borne by petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 1 equally. 4.
Learned Mediator is at liberty to issue necessary directions regarding payment of charges, if any.

Subject to compliance of the aforesaid payment towards maintenance, no coercive action to be taken against the petitioners for recovering the arrears of maintenance as per the impugned order. 6.
List the petition under the caption "For Settlement" on 4th September 2024.
