DATED : 16th OCTOBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) In this Appeal the Appellant has challenged the Order dated 12th January, 2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai in M.P.I.D. Case No.25 of 2013.
2) Learned Counsel for the Appellant submitted that, today the matter is kept for framing of the charges. If the charges are framed, this Appeal would render infructuous.
3) Learned APP, on instructions, states that a short date may be given and till that short date the prosecution shall not insist for framing of the charges against the present Appellant. The statement is recorded and accepted.
