2) In paragraph No.5 of the said Order "Sessions Case No.70 of 2013" has been erroneously typed instead of "Special Case No.70 of 2023" . The correct case is "Special Case No. 70 of 2023" . 3) After effecting the correction, Paragraph No.5 of the said Order would read as under:- "5) Till the returnable date, further proceedings in Special Case No.70 of 2023 pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge Ichalkaranji qua the Petitioners 1/2

4) Order dated 6th September, 2024 be corrected accordingly and corrected Order be uploaded on the Official Website of the Bombay High Court.

5) Rest of the Order dated 6th September, 2024 remains as it is. 6) Preacipe dated 12th September, 2024 is accordingly disposed off.
