By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R. No 400/2023 registered with the Kondawa Police Station, Pune City, Pune for the offences punishable under VDMokal 1/2

S.76.WP.3112.2024(Cri).odt Sections 406, 420, 464, 468, 471, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Konde Deshmukh learned. Addl. P.P. on instructions, states that police after investigation, have filed an 'A- Summary' report in the said C.R., before the appropriate Court. Statement accepted.
