This matter does not pertain to the assignment of this Bench, however, the Single Judge taking up this assignment is not available today for the judicial work; and as the alternate Bench, the matter was mentioned before me for production, considering the urgency.

The Petitioners are apprehending execution of non-bailable warrant issued against them by the Sessions Deshmane(PS)

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners had paid the compensation and only the sureties were not furnished. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 disputes this position. However, in the interest of justice, till the matter is placed before the regular Bench, the Petitioners can be protected by way of ad-interim relief.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

(i) Stand over to 30.7.2024. To be placed before the regular Bench.

(ii) By way of ad-interim relief, the non-bailable warrant issued against the Petitioners vide the order 12.7.2024 in Criminal Appeal No.259/2023 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Mumbai shall be stayed. by PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date:
