By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following relief:
b. To quash the case, F.I.R. being F.I.R.
No. 0252 of 2023 registered with Amboli Police Station for the offence punishable under Sec. 420, 409, 406, r/w. 34 of IPC.

Mr. Jayesh Vithlani, learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that during the pendency of the present Petition, chargesheet is filed and therefore he requires time to obtain the copy of the chargesheet and to file a composite petition Arjun
34-WP-3164-2024.doc challenging the FIR as well as the chargesheet. He therefore craves leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file a fresh composite petition. Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP does not object to the request for withdrawal made by Mr. Jayesh Vithlani, and for the liberty as prayed for. Mr. Karmakar however requests for all his contentions being left open.

By leaving all the contentions of Respondent No. 2 open, leave granted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty as prayed for by Mr. Jayesh Vithlani.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 3164 of 2024 is disposed of as withdrawn.
