This matter was kept back to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to take instructions, as I was not inclined to entertain this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he needs instructions regarding the petitioner's claim that notice was not served upon him with regard to the proceedings under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

On the second call when the matter was called out, learned counsel who appears for the petitioner submits that the advocate who argued the petition in the first session, is unable to take instructions from the petitioner. She thus, seeks one week time. 3.
