The terms and conditions of the consent minutes of order are legal and valid. Both parties are present and agree that the terms and conditions are correct. They also admit their signatures. Both parties are identified by their respective advocates. The undertakings stated in the consent minutes of order are accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

Writ petition is disposed of in terms of the consent minutes of order.
