DATED : 1st AUGUST, 2024 P.C:- We have interacted with the victim girl as well as her grandmother in the Chamber. We also had an interaction with the Counsellor from Child Welfare Committee (CWC). We deem it appropriate to list the proceedings on 6/8/2024 before the regular Court.

Till we hear the matter, the girl shall continue to remain in custody of CWC.
