The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that he has been entrusted with the brief through the Legal Aid Authority. He, however, does not have a complete copy of the entire Writ Petition paper book. He further submits that the Petitioner also does not have a complete copy of the said paper book.

We, therefore, direct the Legal Aid Authority / Writ Department to have three complete sets of the Petition paper book prepared through the Legal Aid Service and one be delivered to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and two to the office of the learned Public Prosecutor, within a period of two weeks.
