Present Petitions impugning Orders dated 6th December 2023, 22nd March 2024, 10th May 2024 and 18th June 2024 passed by the learned 1/2

H.C. SHIV 901.w12885.24.doc Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Satara in Regular Criminal Case No.428 of 2023, thereby initially bailable and subsequent thereto, non bailable warrants were issued against the Petitioners. 2) Considering the background in which the said Orders were passed, this Court called for a report from the trial Court. Pursuant thereto the Presiding Officers concerned, submitted their report through the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Satara. 3) Perusal of the reports revealed that necessary show cause notice has been issued to the concerned staff for dereliction and negligence in discharge of her duties. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that, meanwhile the Petitioners appeared before the trial Court. The Petitioners' appearance has helped to progress the said case further. Therefore, the non bailable warrant issued against the Petitioners is quashed and set aside. No further relief is required in the matter. Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
