The said envelop is opened in the Court. We have perused the report dated 16th September, 2025. It is stated therein that, as the patient was not produced before the Medical Board, his report could not be given on or before 19th September, 2025.

2) Learned APP on instructions submitted that, the Petitioner is produced before the Medical Board today and necessary report will be produced before this Court on or before 24th September, 2025. 3) Stand over to 25th September, 2025.
