The Petitioners have filed the aforesaid petition seeking quashing of the FIR, registered vide C.R. No. 312/2024 with the Malad Police Station, with the consent of the Respondent No.2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking to quash the FIR and Chargesheet if any file on merits.
