In continuation of the orders dated 06/01/2025 and 21/01/2025, we have heard the learned APP Mr. Yagnik and we clearly expressed that we are not convinced with his submission that the other three persons to whom a reference is made in the complaint should not be arraigned as accused. After hearing for some time, Mr. Yagnik request the Petition to be listed tomorrow, so that he can make an appropriate statement before the Court.
