CORAM : BHARATI DANGRE & MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, JJ DATED : 30th JANUARY, 2026 P.C:- On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant, at whose instance FIR No. 23 of 2024 was registered with the ACB, Mumbai, under Sections 7 and 7 (A) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, yesterday, during the course of hearing, our attention was invited to the complaint and the accusations therein, along with the verification statement.

2/2 908 WP 3210-25.doc When we indicated to the learned Public Prosecutor about the involvement of the three other persons, including Manish Walunj (Assistant Commissioner), Digambar Sonawane (Assistant Engineer), and Govind Shelke (Junior Engineer), the investigating officer, under signature, has addressed a communication to the learned APP dated 30/01/2026, wherein she stated that, on perusal of the petition and the material in the complaint, the investigating officer shall arraign the three persons as accused.
The said communication is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
