DATE : 6th AUGUST 2025 P.C.:- 1) Learned APP, on instructions from Mr. Dattaray Lendave, PSI, submitted that, Respondent No.2 has given a statement dated 22nd July 2025 to the Assistant Police Inspector, Indapur Police Station. It is stated therein that, he is a farmer and is surviving on the labour work. That, his financial condition is precarious. He has therefore requested that, legal aid may be provided to him.
2) In view thereof, we direct the Deputy Registrar, High Court Legal Aid Services Committee, Mumbai, to appoint an Advocate from its Panel, having standing of not less than seven years at Bar, to represent the 1/2

After the concerned Advocate is appointed, Legal Aid Committee is directed to inform the name of the concerned Advocate to Respondent No.2 at the address and on his mobile number mentioned at page 56 of the Petition.
3) Stand over to 3rd September 2025.
