By this Petition, the Petitioners essentially seek quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R. No.714 of 2023 with the Indapur Police Station, Pune.

Learned Addl.PP on instructions states that 1/2

904-wp3228-24.doc investigation is complete, however, the Police is unable to file the charge-sheet, in view of the order dated 30th July, 2024 i.e. the order passed by this Court directing the Investigating Agency not to file the charge-sheet without the prior leave of this Court. 3.

Since the investigation is complete, we vacate the interim order dated 30th July, 2024 and permit the Police to file charge-sheet within two weeks from today.

Stand over to 9th October, 2025.
