By this petition, the petitioners essentially seek quashing of the FIR bearing C.R. No.714 of 2023, registered with the Indapur Police Station, Pune.

Ms. Shinde, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, states that charge-sheet has been filed in the said case. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of the FIR/charge-sheet and proceedings, if any.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the FIR, and as such keep all contentions of all parties on merits, open.
