2) Mr. Mundargi, learned senior counsel appearing for Petitioners submitted that, as a matter of fact, for the act of defalcation committed by the Respondent No.2, the hospital administration has registered a crime against her, in which she was arrested on 29th June 2023 and was released on bail on 15th July 2023. As a counterblast thereof, the present crime is registered on 3rd January 2024.
