The grounds on which the prayer for parole is pressed are; (a) an academic qualification and (b) the conduct. 2.

The fact is that the statutory provision does not admit the Petitioner to the entitlement under the relevant rules. That being so, there is no substance in the Petition. The Writ Petition stands dismissed.
