Present Petition seeks direction to make time bound the trial in a case pending before MCOC Special Court, Sessions Court, Mumbai. The Petitioner is accused in the said case arising out of C.R.No.44/2020 registered with MHB Colony, Police Station, Thane, under Section 387, 392, 323, 506 (II), r/w. 34 of IPC.

2) Learned APP stated that Petitioner is behind the bars in the said case for last more than 4 years. Five witnesses are already examined by the prosecution.
