By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (a) :- a. This Hon'ble Court by invoking writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 r.w. inherent powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. may kindly issue appropriate writ, order and/or direction and quash and set aside the impugned proceedings bearing R.C.C. No.955/2023 in C.R. No.286/2023 registered with Shikrapur Police Station, Pune Gramin, Pune for offences punishable under Sections 326, 341, 324, 504, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and subsequently all proceedings arising therefrom against the Petitioners;

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Hrishikesh Shinde, learned Advocate for the Petitioners craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. 3.

Request made by Mr. Hrishikesh Shinde, is not objected to by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the Respondent - State. 4.

In view of the no objection, leave granted to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty as prayed. 5.

If an Application seeking discharge is filed before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
