Heard respective counsel for the petitioner who is seeking issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus by contending that the detention of the petitioner is illegal, since the grounds of arrest are not furnished to in writing and which is the mandate of law. The learned APP Mr.Yagnik is desirous of filing affidavit-in-reply of the respondent Authorities, which he is permitted to file on or before 7th August, 2024.
