This petition is filed to seek directions to the learned Sessions Judge to dispose of the appeal filed under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 ("D.V.Act") expeditiously and in a time bound manner.

There are no exceptional reasons given in the application for entertaining such prayers. Prayers made in the application cannot be granted in view of the legal principles settled by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the latest decision in the case of High Court Bar Association, Allahadbad vs. State of Uttapr Pradesh and Others1.
