Heard Mr. Bhagyashri Ranade, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

Ms. Bhagyashri Ranade, learned Counsel points out pursis dated 2nd August 2023 filed in the Court of learned District Court, Gadhinglaj wherein, it is stated that both the Petitioner and the Respondent No.1 are staying together. She states that the Petitioner is in Army service and he is posted at Jammu and Kashmir. She further states that although the Petitioner is staying with the Respondent No.1 in his house, the Respondent No.1 has filed Application before the learned Trial Court for the execution of the Sonali

917-WP-3322-2024.DOC order dated 21st January 2023 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Gadhinglaj below Exhibit-5 in D.V. proceedings bearing No.20 of 2020, which is impugned in the present Writ Petition. 3.

In view of the above contentions, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 6th March 2025. In addition to the Court notice, the Petitioner to serve the Respondents by private service and file affidavit of service before the returnable date. 4.
