1) In the morning session, we noticed that, the Advocate for the Petitioner has already annexed the photocopy of Affidavit filed by the Respondent No.2 along with the Petition, though notice was not issued to Respondent No.2 and nobody was appearing for Respondent No.2. It appears to us that, the Advocate for the Petitioner himself was appearing for both i.e. accused and complainant. 2) In view of the misdemeanor of the Advocate on record for the Petitioner, which we noticed in the morning session, in the second session Mr. Nikhil Kulkarni, Advocate for the Petitioner tendered across the bar his Affidavit dated 6th August 2024. The same is taken on record. The apology tendered by him is accepted.
