1) Learned Advocate for Petitioner, on instructions, submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 6th August 2024 the Petitioner has deposited the said cost of Rs.25,000/- with the Central Police Welfare Fund within stipulated period. An Affidavit dated 21st August 2024 duly affirmed by the Petitioner stating that, the said amount is deposited with the concerned Authority within stipulated period is filed on record. A photocopy of bank transaction receipt dated 20th August 2024 is annexed to the said Affidavit. 2) In view thereof, the directions issued by Order dated 6th August 2024 are complied with.
