At the outset, Mr. Paramane is at liberty to amend the clause title of the proceedings which has prescribed it as 'Criminal Application' instead of 'Criminal Writ Petition'. The amendment is permitted to be carried out forthwith.

In seeking issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for declaring arrest of her brother-in-law Pramod Kute as illegal and in violation of his fundamental rights, learned counsel has placed before us a list of documents Chaitanya

2/2 903-Wp-3339-2024.doc which include the copy of FIR and remand report as well as the order passed thereupon.

The learned counsel seek liberty to amend the Writ Petition and introduce the said documents. In addition Mr. Paramane is also desirous of adding certain officers as Respondents to the Petition, as in the body of the Petition certain allegations are levelled against them. The necessary amendment which is permitted to be carried out within a period of three days from today by inserting the appropriate pleadings for introductions of these documents.

Let the amended copy be served upon the learned A.P.P. who shall obtain necessary instructions within a period of one week thereafter.

The learned A.P.P. is directed to file reply, if she desirous to.
